The Outcasts -1985 Motorcycle Gang Documentary

The '80s were a hell of a time for motorcycle gangs, not just in the USA but around the world. This retrotastic 40+ minute long documentary follows The Outcasts motorcycle gang based in East Anglia, in some parts it's deadly serious and in others it almost seems like a motorcycle gang version of This Is Spinal Tap. It's well worth a watch and will almost certainly shift your perspective about non-American biker gangs.

San Francisco 1955

San Francisco (1955 Cinemascope film) : Tullio Pellegrini : Internet Archives

Cinemascope homage to the city of San Francisco made by amateur filmmaker and inventor Tullio Pellegrini.

It's the work of accomplished amateur filmmaker (and expert tinkerer) Tullio Pellegrini, who combined a 16mm Bell & Howell Cinemascope lens with the wonders of Kodachrome and made this homage to the city of San Francisco. You'll see Playland (an oceanside amusement park which was closed in 1972) plus very rare footage of the SkyTram (an extinct ride over Seal Rocks and Sutro Baths), and a brake-screeching ride down the Crookedest Street in the World.

Eagles

Nearing 100 Million Views - Decorah Eagles Become The Most-Watched Live Stream Ever

Here is a neat web site if you are at all interested in nature and especially eagles. There is a camera mounted above an eagles nest in Decorah Iowa. They have 3 fledges and they are less than two weeks old. Sometimes you can catch both parents in the nest, sometimes you catch them feeding. Sometimes it is just boring. Such is parenthood. It will be interesting to watch them grow (boy will they grow) and eventually leave the nest. Hope you enjoy.
